Anne Bleeker – Managing Partner
Anne is a corporate communications professional with over twenty years of international experience in multiple industries and highly multicultural environments. She has extensive knowledge of communications strategy development and execution, internal and external communications program management and the development and management of employee engagement programs. Coming from an in-house environment, Anne has been involved in communications and public relations strategy, planning and execution for organizations such as the Jumeirah Group, Future Pipe Industries and the Rezidor Hotel Group. She moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2001. Anne holds a Bachelors degree in Hotel Administration from the Hotel School The Hague and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in the USA. She is a former board member of the Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA), a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a freelance trainer for the International School of Communications (ISOC) and a part-time lecturer in Media Management at Middlesex University in Dubai.

Katral-Nada Hassan – Digital Communicator & User Experience Consultant
Katral-Nada brings forward over ten years of experience in planning and managing large-scale web implementations and revitalizing optimal user experiences for web products and services. She possesses extensive knowledge of effective online marketing tactics, website analytics, information architecture, usability testing and user-experience design. Working within an agency setting, Katral-Nada has played a leading role in projects for clients such as MSN Canada, Sharp Canada, Calgary Real Estate Board, CMC Microsystems and Medicine Hat College to name a few. Katral-Nada possesses a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in International Business and Management Information Systems from the University of Ottawa, Canada and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School.

Louise Charlesworth – Head of Content
Louise is a media, marketing and communications professional specialising in the hotel, F&B, travel, spa, and fitness industries. She is experienced in journalism, editing, publishing, brand development, marketing, digital strategy, public relations, internal communications, social media and events. A journalist for more than a decade, Louise has lived in Dubai for eight years, during which time she worked as senior group editor at ITP, editing titles including Hotelier Middle East, Caterer Middle East and Arabian Travel News. Louise was later recruited by Jumeirah Group to establish the sales and marketing department at its new restaurants and bars division, JRG Dubai, a brand she created and launched in early 2015. Louise was responsible for the sales, marketing, PR and digital strategy for a portfolio of 40 F&B outlets, and oversaw the concept creation and media launch of 10 new restaurants and bar brands. Louise’s combined experience as a director of sales and marketing for a global hospitality company and as a senior editor for the Middle East’s largest publisher means she is uniquely placed to deliver results-driven PR strategy for hotel, F&B and travel clients and create stories that cut through the clutter in today’s media. Louise has a Bachelors Joint Honours degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham in the UK, a Post Graduate certificate in Journalism accredited by the NCTJ, and a Digital Marketing Diploma from DM3 Institute in Dubai.

Lisa Flanagan – Senior Communications Consultant
Lisa is a marketing and communications professional with over fifteen years’ international consumer and corporate brand experience across multiple industries. She has extensive knowledge of communications strategy, planning and execution, brand positioning, strategic partnerships and influencer marketing. Starting her career in the UK, Lisa worked agency-side on PR for major organisations including Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser before making the move in-house to Cancer Research UK. There, she oversaw public relations strategy and media relations for high profile fundraising initiatives, supporter partnerships and health awareness campaigns. On moving to the UAE in early 2011, Lisa embraced the opportunity to return to agency and develop her regional expertise, leading GCC-wide accounts with an increasing focus on the luxury, hotel and F&B sectors. One of her key clients was The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she later made the move to work at a property level as Director of PR for The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC with responsibility for PR, marketing, e-commerce and social media. Lisa is passionate about helping brands to identify and create memorable stories and experience across agency and in-house gives her a unique insight and understanding of how brands need to engage with the right audiences in alignment with business and marketing objectives. Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation from Leeds Business School in the UK.

Ahmad Al Zein – Arabic PR Consultant
Ahmad Al Zein is a seasoned Arabic translator and PR consultant with over 12 years of experience in public relations and media industry in the Middle East.  Ahmad takes pride in providing Arabic content with a natural tone of voice that accurately convey the inherent message of the text. For years, Ahmad has helped to maintain strong and consistent visibility for multiple national and multinational clients a cross abroad-cross section of industries.

Cristina Kristensen – Senior Communications Consultant
Originally from Denmark, Cristina has lived most of her adult life abroad in the Far East, Europe and the Middle East, respectively, amassing corporate and marketing experience on a global scale. She has worked for prominent companies such as Maersk Line, ACNielsen Marketing Research and The Economist as well as starting up her own business, pioneering scent marketing in Denmark. Cristina has been active in the field of PR, branding and marketing for 15 years. She moved to Dubai in 2009 where she initially worked for The Travel Collection promoting luxury hospitality in the GCC countries and most recently CTT Consulting as PR Account Director for an extensive client portfolio within hospitality, leisure and retail. Cristina is experienced with full client management including PR strategies, corporate profiling and positioning, content development, feature writing, social media management, press trips, media relations as well as brand building for international and UAE clients to the GCC countries. Cristina’s strength lies in her dedication to bespoke client management as well as her in-depth understanding of communication in all its developing forms. Cristina holds a bachelor’s degree in French and English from Copenhagen Business School.

Laura Perez Diaz – General Manager PR & Senior Communications Consultant
Laura is a creative and media-savvy communications professional with expertise in the global luxury and upscale hospitality sector. She is passionate about the hotel business, having crafted successful communications strategies and PR campaigns for some of the world’s leading hospitality and lifestyle brands, including Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, The Address Hotels + Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt, for the past two decades. Laura has established relationships with B2B and B2C online and print media, as well as social media influencers in local and international markets, and her out-of-the-box PR concepts always make the headlines. In her previous role as Global VP of Communications at Mövenpick, press and social media coverage of the brand reached unprecedented levels. She is highly experienced in creating strategies and structures across all corporate communications functions, from internal communications to crisis communications management. Laura speaks English and Spanish fluently and has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Tourism Administration from Anahuac University in Merida, Mexico.
