In2 Consulting was founded on a simple belief: businesses succeed when they are clearly understood. Over the past 15+ years we have worked with founders and leadership teams to support their objectives and navigate change.

We began as a strategic communication consultancy, helping our clients build visibility, credibility, and market presence in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving industry. As the sector evolved driven by technology and new investment models, so did our role.

Today, In2 operates at the intersection of strategy, story, and scale. We advise hospitality operators, brands, and technology companies on corporate communication and strategic PR. Through our Tech Advisory offering, we support businesses in defining the right technology and AI strategies and aligning them with commercial outcomes. Through our Capital platform, we invest in and partner with hospitality technology start-ups and scale-ups where we can add real, hands-on value.

Founder and Managing Director

Anne is a business communications professional with over 25 years of international experience. She co-founded In2 Consulting in Dubai in 2010, after leading corporate communication departments for multinational organisations in hospitality and manufacturing.

Expertise: Business communication strategy and advisory, positioning and messaging, CEO profiling and thought leadership, content strategy and development, internal communication and employee engagement, training and communication capacity building.

From Holland, Anne has lived in the UAE since 2001

Floor is a global technology and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of international experience. He advises hospitality companies, technology firms and investors on technology strategy, AI and digital transformation.

Expertise: Technology strategy, digital transformation, AI strategy and adoption, hospitality technology ecosystems, technology investments and M&A.

Cristina Baekkelund Kristensen

Director of Communications

With over 20 years’ experience from the Far East, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Cristina is a communications professional with proficiency in multiple industries and multicultural environments. She handles business communication and content development for a varied client portfolio, primarily B2B within hospitality, tech and service.

Expertise: Business communication, thought leadership, ghostwriting, feature writing, content development, strategic PR, corporate profiling, social media strategies and brand building.

From Denmark, Cristina lived in the UAE for nine years before moving to Copenhagen where she now resides

Previously worked for companies such as Maersk, Nielsen Marketing Research and The Economist
